AI Business Essentials Workshop Focused on Real-World Results The City of West Palm Beach, through its Office of Small Minority Business Programs, will present the AI Business Essentials Workshop, a curated, hands-on experience designed to equip entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community organizations with practical, high-impact applications of Artificial Intelligence. Positioned as the closing event for Small Business Week, this session moves beyond theory to focus on real-world execution. Participants will learn how to effectively integrate AI into daily business operations, with a strong emphasis on prompt engineering—the critical skill that determines the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of AI-generated results. Attendees will leave with clear, actionable strategies to streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, elevate marketing efforts, and make more informed, data-driven decisions across their organizations.
