It may include a light prototype or implementation blueprint, but it does not include full system development, complex integrations, custom application buildout, API development, advanced dashboarding, data migration, or ongoing support unless covered under a separate agreement. Cancellation Policy
By purchasing, booking, scheduling, or participating in any AI Business Essentials Services provided by ACE Solutions Inc. & Associates, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following No Refund Policy: 1. All Sales Are Final All payments for workshops, consultations, DISCOVERY, LOFI, iA + AI services, digital products, training, implementation planning, and related consulting services are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Reserved Time & Resource Allocation Bookings reserve professional time, preparation, research, scheduling, and business resources specifically for the client. Because work may begin immediately after booking, refunds or partial refunds will not be provided. 3. Missed Appointments / No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session, workshop, consultation, or onboarding meeting does not qualify for a refund or credit. 4. Rescheduling Clients may request a one-time reschedule with at least twenty-four (24) hours written notice before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by ACE Solutions Inc. & Associates. Late requests may result in forfeiture of the session. 5. Digital Products & Deliverables All digital products, templates, prompt libraries, reports, assessments, implementation documents, training materials, downloadable resources, and related deliverables are non-refundable due to their proprietary and immediately accessible nature. 6. Results Disclaimer ACE Solutions Inc. & Associates provides professional consulting, optimization, automation, and AI guidance; however, specific business outcomes, revenue increases, operational improvements, or AI-generated results cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on implementation, business operations, staffing, systems, and other external factors. 7. Chargebacks Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that were delivered, scheduled, reserved, initiated, or made available. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and collection actions where permitted by law. 8. Acceptance of Policy By submitting payment, booking services, or registering for a workshop, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
