Duration: 2 hours | Format: Group workshop | Capacity: Up to 25 This welcoming, step-by-step session demonstrates how AI tools on your smartphone or tablet can simplify daily tasks—without the tech overwhelm. We’ll practice voice prompts, safer searching, translations, reminders, and helpful techniques for drafting messages. No jargon, no pressure, just practical tips and guided practice. You’ll learn: - Safer search, voice assistants, and translation basics - How to ask clear questions (prompts) and spot reliable results - Simple everyday uses: reminders, notes, directions, and message drafting You’ll leave with: - A one-page “prompt cheat-sheet” and safety tips - Confidence using AI helpers on your own device - Optional practice plan you can follow at home Who it’s for: Adults 55+ with a smartphone/tablet who want to learn by doing in a friendly setting. What to bring: - Your charged smartphone/tablet + charger - App store/phone passcode (so you can install if needed) - Reading glasses if you use them Included: - Guest Wi-Fi access - Printed mini guide and prompt cheat-sheet Accessibility: The venue is ADA-accessible.
